The guys at Cubitt & West have been fantastic. I cant fault them at all, for me communication is vital and I have had a great level of communication from them all. They are lovely, polite and very efficient.

I am not a client but recently bought a property through them.I used a solicitor they recommended called DC Law from Liverpool. They are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The provided shocking customer service and took 5.5 months to complete the transaction. Shame on C & W in recommending them and no doubt getting a kick back, given they know full well of the appalling service provided. So do NOT use DC Law under any circumstances!

I had the pleasure of buying a house being managed by Kieran T. I found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable and had an ability to manage my expectation throughout the whole process.
