        Great place to work out. Tracie works really hard to motivate everyone and make them welcome. Would recommend it to any ladies wanting to work out in a friendly and safe environment.

        Curves is a friendly , inspirational and fun womens only club! As well as a 30 minute circuit, combining resistance machines and cardiovascular exercises, there are many classes to keep you motivated.

        When I found Curves I knew this was the perfect Fitness Center for me. I liked the idea of a 30 minute workout exercising all the major muscle groups plus the fact it's women only! There are a great range of classes included in the price and all the staff are very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend joining Curves.
