Leatherhead garage called me in last minutes they cant do my MOT because they dont have the machine for it. I booked and I payed for the full service and MOT months ago! They said if me go to the nearest garage which is far away from my place! They let me down! I called customer service to transfer my payment to other garage. Of course I had to book a new appointment in Guildford and stay there for a whole day to wait for my car! The service in Guildford was good by the way.

In truth no stars sadly! From the Formula One web site I chose the necessary tyres, chose the date, time of fitting and, paid. On the day offered and at the agreed time I was met by an unhelpful/disinterested individual who told me that the chosen tyres were not in stock! I was then informed that if I waited two days he would get them in. Nothing in the way of an apology and disinterested in the fact that Id completely wasted my time. Hopefully this is a one off but sadly, a coach and horses wont get me back !

I went to this garage with a puncture. Brand new car, less than 1000 miles and was told straight away, without even the tyre being taken off, I would need a brand new tyre and it would be unsafe for me to get it fixed without purchasing a brand new tyre. I left knowing this wasnt the case, went round the corner to a very helpful garage on the industrial estate and they fixed it for under 30! 100% scam. Stay away.
