I havent Evan been with them for 6months I have loads of mould in my new build have messaged and rung them left voicemail emails done everything I can and I havent heard nothing back not Evan a phone call absolutely disgusting and I will be taking things a lot further wouldnt Evan give them a 1 star

Having dealt with them for 2 years now (as builders of a freehold house on a private road), I have found them to be incredibly incompetent and unprofessional, to the point where I genuinely believe its deliberate. Shockingly poor company.

Do not reply or deal with incidents including things like fire or assult with police, ONGOING anti social behaviour for years from another resident. Do not provide service, are neglectful, ignore taking action for years however they have lots and lots of evidence. Wrote a formal complaint but they said they would reply by Jan, will never hear back it's now June and yet I wrote several emails to say they did not reply, again. Again all ignored. Wrote formal complaint included them not replying for years about emails sent several times a month asking for a reply, but fobbed off and told I need to wait for a reply - what to email incidents from 3 months, 6 months, years ago and me writing several times to get a reply with no acknowledgement!? Told I need to wait 14 days for a reply or update though their policy is 7-10 days. Yet don't get an acknowledgement after 14 days, for an assult, fire, which was months and months ago, ongoing anti social behaviour daily for years by the resident in their block which I also live in, I have no reply. Told by manager previously there is no complaints procedure and can't complain about anything as they a charity (lies, of course I can make a complaint). Yet spoke to citizens advice and they posted me their complaints procedure! She said there was no complaints procedure as the complaint was about her and the pet handling procedure which was extremely distressing, and included; told by manager when asking pet permission, the cat cannot go out or be on the street (never had a pet before or got the cat yet so it wasn't from previous issues, and dogs here cause daily issues ignored, what is a cat going to do! And in any case they may own this block buy they do not own the street nor can they tell me the cat is not allowed on it! There are lots of other cats around this street. There is no sign saying "no cats". It's the manager discriminating against me, making my life hard as possible). I have been to my GP several times due to incidents making my life very stressful (suicidal at times) due to MGs lack of dealing with and ignoring incidents. I am now having to restart my formal complaints procedure which will end up me taking them to court for neglect or going to the housing omboardsmen because my neighbour is still frequently anti social and they have not adequately taken action and made my life very hard for 2 years by providing them ongoing evidence nearly every day or EVERY day in some runnings, causing anxiety every time, and not replying though I have written to them numerous times asking for a reply to me saying it is causing a lot of anxiety to keep providing evidence. How would they like it if I didn't reply to them when they want increased rent payments as they do, or they want something from me!

I have lived in my Mount Green apartment for 5 yrs. I can honestly say their service is a cut above other H.A.'s in the area. Budgeting is always going to be a challenge but they rarely fail to get the important jobs done. When they do drop the ball, they sincerely try to put things right. Staff are kind & efficient, very approachable & resident engagement is great. Recommended!
