Went for consultation , had to wait a week for appointment in a salon that was completly empty and always is , to be told on the same day 3 hours before my appointment that they couldnt do my hair , totally unprofessional and will never recommend anyone go there and I certainly wont go back

I would have given Chloe 4 stars for her styling ability but too many other issues. Firstly this was a practice wedding style and it was cancelled at short notice then when i arrived several days later I was abruptly informed there was no time to trial my hair up. She wasn't really concerned, looked quite scruffy and later on when I questioned something she became very 'spikey' and clearly made a face about it to the apprentice. All very unprofessional considering price tag of around 79. Also quite chilly in the salon and despite my turning the heater towards my chair (only one in salon) she abruptly turned it off without consideration. I don't think I saw her smile at all during the session. The best thing about the salon is the chairs at the sinks which were quite luxurious recliners. Even if staying in the area I wouldn't return. I chose this hairdressers as the reviews said how they listened but I didn't have that experience.

Amy was lovely. Took the time to talk to me about my hair and to listen to my likes and dislikes. End result was exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased that I took my mum back for a treat. She has awful fine hair and usually wears a wig. She looked amazing after her expert cut and finish! Highly recommend this salon. Such a shame that Amy left after her short time at the salon.
