As lot of others have said you get charged and then there is no way of contacting them, phone number doesn't work, emails don't get answered and they take money from your bank and nothing you can do. Wish I had read the reviews before signing up. Alot easier to go to the vet. Can't give zero stars sadly or I would.

Avoid at all costs, I signed up to a free membership and had a free trial, however despite switching back to free they have continued to take payments from my account. I have emailed but received no response and cannot find any contact number to resolve this.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This company will charge you as soon as you sign up for any form of membership even if its a Free one. There is no way of contacting anyone at the company nor any way of cancelling a payment or subscription online. After paying for years...when I finally needed the service I was unable to access it as the Vet nurses stated i didnt have an account despite me having 2 years worth of payments in statements. Honestly the worst vetinary experience I've ever had and I urge anyone considering not to use them.

Unable to cancel after 'free trial' got immediately charged, no way of logging in or getting in touch with the company. Now the long wait to get my bank to help.

The vets on the phone were really helpful and reassuring when my guinea pig was unwell. Was impressed with the level of compassion and advice provided.
