Been using them for years .. fantastic service always on time , they cleaned my leather jacket which had some paint stains and they did a great job in taking all the stains out when I was told by other dry cleaners that the stains are not going to come out !!! But they did a really good job So pleased with their service

At face value, they're a local business with onsite facilities, so you would hope for a friendly and quick service. Sadly it's quite the opposite. I've been here three times now and giving up. Each time I've drop off a suit, a pretty straight forward affair, but each time had an unfriendly and awkward conversation with the staff. Most places have a one day, two day, three day service etc, here you ask when it might be ready to collect and they act like you're asking for the meaning of life. Midday on Wednesday I went in to drop off a suit, the person on the desk said "Is Saturday ok?" I politely asked if there is a Friday option, as I don't live in the area and need to wear on Monday (and in the past they have turned it round next day). Their response "No" with a stern shrug, as if I insulted them personally. Just bizarre!
