I bought a refurbished HD from them - it was still faulty, wouldn't connect to the television (it should have) and the 2nd time I tried it it shows up as inaccessible! - Small Claims Court here I come and I will never buy a Western Digital product again!

Faulty products and the company washes their hands of any responsibility waybbeforr the warranty emded. One of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. Do not buy from these crooked people.

All you get when you cal the UK office is a voicemail asking you to leave a message and someone will get back to you..... Left a message - NO ONE CALLED BACK!! UPS delivery was for yesterday, but still not arrived 2 days later and now UPS delivery date has vanished with no date showing now.... Should have bought this from Amazon, at least it would have arrived by now, and at least i could have spoken with someone if there was a problem... Side note: UPS are always LATE with their deliveries and their email delivery date notifications never match the actual delivery date.... I see this with them more and more often that their delivery info is never accurate and always changes... - Western Digital sort out the RUBBISH UK customer services and your customer service in general it's shockingly bad!!

This company is utterly useless. the Leatherhead office is closed and the help line is rarely answered and if you do get through they hang up. so frustrating to get any help with an expensive faulty product
