My mum went to best brows for an eyebrow wax and tint and nails in preparation for her wedding (2 days before her wedding). The lady in the shop asked if she wanted a lash lift, and put on the spot my mum agreed. She did not do a patch test and said 'it will be fine you've had it done before'. After having the treatment her eyes began to sting and her lashes were curled into the top of her eyelids. The following day her eyes started to swell up and she was in a lot of pain. My mum spent the 2 days before her wedding extremely upset and worried that she would look horrible on her wedding day. Her lower lashes which the product was not meant to touch have also been ruined. Her lashes both top and bottom are completely frazzled and ruined. A patch test is a legal requirement, but they did not do one and the product was clearly also left on for too long and burnt her eyes. Also the nails chipped within a day. I would avoid this place like the plague. Service: Lash lift
