Absolutely shocking customer service as basically non existent communications, I have sent multiple messages over the past couple of weeks both via email and eBay whilst having made a purchase on eBay for an automotive item. None of which were replied too or acknowledged until I made a phone call and requested an update. The item I purchased was showing as in stock, turns out it was not and to be fair the item arrived promptly after I had to call the vendor. However, if your going to be a large parts supplier you really need to keep on top of your website stock or at least let the buyer know that you do not have the item in stock, to leave them guessing after the due delivery date is not acceptable. A bit confused who this company actually is, they list themselves as Rice Rocket UK on Google and their website but are listed as something else on ebay and registered with Companies house as JD Motorsport Ltd, not to be confused with JD Motorsport nr Cumbria who prepare Rally Cars. This company is a car parts supplier only and appears to have no association with Motorsport. I have sent multiple communications to facilitate the action of a return and refund last week, for which no reply has been received. I then sent out the item by recorded delivery along with a letter requesting a refund last week to arrive today, for which it was signed for at 10:03hrs this morning, at which point I sent a further message asking for acknowledgement and 6 hours later I would have expected a reply even if only to say we are dealing with this for you! Looking at the feedback on eBay this seems to be a common issue, no reply to messages etc etc. This is unacceptable, as a company myself involved in sales and distribution of automotive goods there is no way I would just choose to ignore a customer. It takes 5 minutes to send a reply to a message, which puts the customer at peace of mind that their issue is being dealt with in a timely manner. I will also be reporting this issue to Paypal/Ebay and await confirmation that a refund is being actioned for the item which has been returned.

Great service! I called Tein direct to order some coilovers, they advised 4 days lead time. I called these guys and the suspension was delivered next day. I'll certainly be ordering from you again!!
