We visited here on a beautiful April day. I would love to know the history of this place. According to locals, the old town of Braunston was located at this site but after the population was decimated in the plague, the town of Braunston moved a short way away. There are still a few houses and farms nearby. The church is locked but the key is available to borrow from The Hall. Theres not a lot of information about the history of this church online. But it was fascinating and looks very old. And the cemetery has pretty old graves, circa 1800s.

This is an amazing place to visit and the history is rich, the church is always unlocked and if on occasion it is locked I hear the cottage next to it has the key and are happy to unlock.
