Absolute complete waste of time. Wanted to book a 5 lessons for a birthday surprise. Called and spoke to someone on the Friday who told me that I would receive a txt message with a link to pay on the Monday, that didnt happen, so called again, was told it would be taken care of. Tuesday came so in called again, spoke to a guy and explained the situation and advised that I would be leaving the country this afternoon, so really need to sort out payment today. Was told again that he would sort in the next 5 mins. Anyway long story short, it obviously didnt happen. After about another 10 calls and multiple messages, emails and even spoke to a 3rd person who promised they would deal with it, no payment txt was ever received, or phone call to get things sorted. Birthday surprise almost ruined, fortunately there are more professional companies around who can manage to answer the phone and take a payment . Thanks so much! Why not just say that you cant be bothered to follow through on what you promise and just do your job basically, rather than wasting peoples time! Wouldnt book with you even if you offered your lessons for free!!!!
