Brooms Dene Luxury Cat Hotel

Denise really is a genuine cat lover :) You can tell from the first moment she connects with your cat that they are in safe hands and she will definitely go above and beyond to keep them happy while youre away! The cat hotel is immaculate, with individual comfy rooms and a host of toys and climbing apparatus to entertain and even a little outdoor space. The regular photo and video updates are invaluable, as are Denises reassuring comments about how your little one is doing. I needed to return earlier than originally anticipated due to train strikes and Denise was extremely obliging as regards shortening Poppis stay with her. Poppi is a regular traveller up from London to Blackhill, but shed never stayed in a new place like this before yet Denise took all stress away from the event for both me & Poppi. She returned from her stay with a lot of new cute little habits picked up from Denises interactions & her long black fur looked like shed visited an exclusion hair salon due to the FURminator! Im trying to keep it all up as shes now very healthy and happy but not sure I can really match Denises super high standards heheh! Well be back Xxx

Denise is amazing and you can just tell she absolutely adores cats. The cattery itself is lovely, they have underfloor heating and the cats have the option to go outside on a little catio. Our cat is diabetic so he has specific needs and requires 2 insulin needles twice daily, Denise has lots of experience in this and made me feel at ease (first time leaving him with anyone since his diagnosis) I was super sad leaving him there but I know he's going to get the 5* treatment. I doubt he'll want to come home.
