I got sold a car over a year ago...the car turned out to be an over seas import...because of how long it has been I couldn't go back. But don't just trust them or even do business with them. Worst of the worst...lost a lot of money because of this.

Recently bought a car from Essex Car Group. Received great customer service from Steve & George. The car is in great condition and as described. It was profesionally prepared and valeted before collection. Their office is great too! All in all an excellent buying experience. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Kenny, Steve and George, I chose to sell my car on commission with them and not only did I get what I wanted for my car, they also took care of getting the car into a showroom condition and as promised sold it for me in just over a week. If you're trying to sell your car and are tired of being messed about and don't want the hassle I'd highly recommend these chaps!

100% worth giving 5* ratings for the professionalism and friendly manor i have just received. Just made a purchase for an absolutely stunning Mercedes GLE & traded in my Mercedes E class. Steve is someone who can make you feel comfortable and safe to purchase from him. Not only was his customer service skills phenomenal, hes given me a free service and MOT with compulsory 3 months warranty. I traveled to The Essexs Car Group from Nottingham to purchase a Mercedes GLC. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Buying from an independent dealer can sometimes be scary.
