Clapton Hackney Ophthalmic Opticians London

I was looking for a new opticians for my daughter and this one came up so I gave them a call. However there was no answer so I made an appointment elsewhere . 4 hours later and I receive a call from these guys, saying come in tomorrow at 12 and cancel your other appointment. I thought why not, this way I could free up a day in the week. Well we got there at 12, thought it was strange that the shutters were still down but waited outside in the pouring rain for 25 mins just in case they were running late. Nobody arrived so we left. 3 hours after that they call me, doesnt give me a explanation or even a apology but said we should rebook. I explained we were there at 12 and I do not appreciate my time being wasted and hung up. Useless and unprofessional.

If you would prefer that personal bespoke service, that one does not get from the chain-store opticians, then this is the place for you. Competitively priced with an attractive range of styles delivered by an experienced and knowledgeable staff. I know I sound like a rep but I promise, no ties, I just like the place. I have introduced two of my girlfriend's and thet now have it as " their " opticians!

Really friendly staff and good communication. Sorted out the perfect lenses for my girlfriends frames within the week!
