My Mother arrived at the care home in August 2022 from Hospital, and to be fair, as a family we struggled with the acceptance that Mum would be in a care home. We were welcomed and allowed to do a pre-visit and look around the whole complex, we were pleasantly surprised of how well it was catered for the care of our Mother. When she arrived she settled in quickly on the 3rd Floor and took to the excellent staff who shared the plan concerning her care. Throughout the time of her stay Mum remained contented and relaxed, in no pain and was happy, she often had her hair done and took part in some social events (Mass and Prayers) and was always well presented to receive visitors. Mum passed away peacefully on Christmas morning 2022 and the excellent staff allowed us to spend as much time with her as possible. I cannot recommend enough the quality service we received, communication was very good, her carers on the 3rd Floor deserve a special mention for the love, guidance and care they gave our mother. The office staff were first class, engaging and ready to support as required.

Absolutely amazing care home. Im so happy with the way my father is being looked after. Due to Dementia my father has forgotten his English language over a period of time and has returned back to his native language and yet they communicate between him and the staff is very well , his kept happy and comfortable. Nothing seems to be a big job for the staff. Through these hard times we get to sit with my father in the garden at a distance. My father is in the right place.

A gem, hidden in the heart of Hackney. From our first guided visit, knew this was the place for dad. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dad is happy there and so are we happy knowing this.

staff were very unfriendly . Didnt feel comfortable leaving my family under their care . when asking nursing staff about medication they have repsonded with "we know what we are doing no need to worry" and then have accused me of swearing to get rid of me as they were unwilling or couldnt be bothered to speak to me . When i tried to ask questions again politley they have turned their back. We have placed my father in here for less then a week and have been trying to pass on the last 6 years of care information solely to help provide better care but the Nursing staff are not willing to listen and will try to scare you off. Avoid this place like the plague we will be moving him to another floor or permanently out of this place. I would urge you to check this place out after hours for the real perspective and ask staff questions as this will indicate what kind of feedback you may get. Very disappointed and sad to leave him here for another night
