        Bank holiday Monday. Booked an appointment for a pedi & mani with acrylics (so they should have had at least 2hrs blocked out for my appointment). I arrived 15mins late & was dismissively told to speak to her, when I was told Id have to wait 1hr so they could do nails for people who had walked in. Nobody even responded to my morning when I walked in the door. I extremely rude. I left after being spoken to without a eye contact.
