It was almost a pleasure when a problem occurred at my rental property, the management team were so easy and helpful to deal with and have always resolved my issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience to myself and my flat mates.

I had mixed experiences with BlakeStanley but it was especially bad over the last year until Kulisha started managing my property. Kulisha has been dealing with several tricky issues on my property with the utmost professionalism and conscientiousness. She has followed up with multiple Contractors boiler issues, reconciled rental shortfall and now working feverously to ensure my tenants are settled back in. She has certainly changed my impression of BlakeStanley and I am very happy with the service at this stage.
