Saima and her team were great supports in selling our property in a volatile market, securing a sale above asking, and being alongside us in every step of the journey. Saima was also instrumental in guiding us on securing our purchase, and navigating all angles from the listing, to the staging, offers and even navigating solicitors. We were keen to not have an open-house of time-wasters. Saima and her team were focused on getting the correct buyers through the door who were qualified and keen. We don't think we could've done it without her. The team are personable, communicative, hard-working and forthcoming. Professional and yet passionate. Agents can be full of bravado and guff - keen to tell you what you want to hear, but Saima really stands out in a sea of same, and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
