We rented a flat for 6 months from Dimension, and from the outset we were told lies and were given the impression no one had any idea what was going on or when it was happening.
We were assured by Dimension that before moving in we would have separate meters fitted so we could share the bills fairly with the neighbour downstairs, this never happened after weeks of asking and we ended up having to guess the bills with the neighbour.
Around 4 months in we told Dimension we were leaving and they put the flat up for Rent online, however we later found out that they put the photos of a completely different house, as you can imagine the new potential tenant was not happy when they came to view..
Another time they booked a viewing in and Rokeah was ringing me asking questions on how to unlock the door, which I talked her through it but she still couldnt do it, which is highly embarrassing when theres another view with her, it later transpired that she brought a set of keys for a different house.
Another time we arrived home after viewings had happened that day and all the lights had been left on full, there was a plant knocked over on the floor and all the cushions from the sofa were all over the floor, Dimension offered no apology.
They then found a new tenant and arranged a move in day, all unbeknown to us to which we found out a couple of days before they were planning on moving in, which we had to to cancel obviously as it was too short notice.
Dillon is ignorant and lazy, constantly ignored phone calls and I only ended up getting through to him by ringing off a withheld number to his surprise. Every time you ring the office and ask to speak to either Rokeah or Dillon, they always seem to be in the toilet and will ring back asap, which obviously never happens and you have to chase them up.
When we finally moved out and it came down to getting the deposit back Dillon was about as much use as a chocolate teapot and in his words I quote you need to take this up with the Landlord as its taking up too much of my time. I tried over 3 weeks requesting to speak with the landlord to which he ignored me constantly and I was forced to go through the dispute system via the deposit protection scheme. It is only today that we have received our full deposit back after 4 months.
Do not use Dimension and PS Rokeah and Dillon if youre reading this I think you should find a less customer facing role, it might suit you better.
