        I just want to say how lovely Sam Beckett, Funeral Arranger at the Chatworth Road Branch was to me and my family in helping with the funeral arrangements for my mother in law, Edith. The personal care shown to Edith by Sam was amazing even down to curling her hair with rollers and straighters - she looked beautiful as if she was sleeping. On the day of the funeral I found Craig (the Funeral Director) and his team so obliging and accommodating nothing was to much for them. Words can not express our gratitude to Sam, Craig and all of the staff at Chatsworth Road - Thank you.
