The Clapton Surgery

Very badly run surgery. The only way to make appointments is to call for emergency appointments at 8:30 in the morning. Otherwise no appointments for weeks. Reception staff put phone down on you mid call. If you need a smear test do not get it done by the practice nurse. If there was anywhere else to go I would.

Thank you. Why when I rltelephone the surgery it takes you to a very prolonged chat after a voice comes and says you are 10th on line you already waisted 4 minutes listening to the broadcast now you wait 10 customers God knows how long before your turn then the unkind receptionist tels you you ring later or 2tomrrow it's seams yor are speaking to a robots then your 9rther your medicine by telephoning the farmacy when you get the order is some missing ir irs wrong. Please can anyone have some brains in that surgery no polite response ever

You cant book via their appointment method advertised on their phone. They have no female GPs. The receptionist entertains herself with arguing with patients rather than passing them over to a qualified professional. Shed rather see people struggle and be left in fatal situations without medication than help them. Ive processed a formal complaint via the NHS as it seems this practice realistically shouldnt exist.
