        Paul fitted a Rolec EV wall charger circa18 months ago Had problems when car plugged in , kept shutting down wrong MCB fitted ? Just had my house wiring checked, wrong EV Charging cable fitted, should be Armored on outside of the house. This is a Health & Safety issue, dangerous. Unable to make contact with Complete charging ltd ?????? Keith Nuttall Service: Electric car charger installation

        This company fitted a charger in April 2019. It no longer works and they will not reply to my numerous calls and emails. I will be contacting olev to report shoddy service. AVOID

        Don't be fooled by the quality of the website or the glib assurances they give on it concerning the quality of their customer service. I have today asked this company to remove the EV charger that they installed, because they haven't responded to either email or phone call to resolve a breakdown under guarantee.

        AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Paul Stanbrook from Complete Charging Ltd had payment TWO WEEKS in advance, the unit fitted was faulty and said he would come back to replace but has not, Paul has made 4 appointments to come back but just does not turn up just saying "he is busy" !! ProjectEV (the supplier) have sent 2 Engineers now to look at it and its still not working correctly. Complete Charging ltd will not even give me an Installation Certificate, Never Again. Avoid if I was you....
