        Got my windows fitted July. Phoned them straight away. After four visits no one has touched them. Please go somewhere else.

        Having had a new back door for only 18 months the frame has cracked. Have been told that this does not come under the warranty and the cost for repair would be 2-300!!!! I asked if someone could come out to look at it, that would cost 72. I was going to have some new windows from them but not a chance. Absolutely shameful.

        My word if Id have known how much these people harass you I would never have opened my door to them. Three calls in four minutes, knocking on my door again when I didnt answer the phone I blocked their number and they ring me with no caller ID. What a way to put people off from your business for life.
