More than satisfied with the test centre or better with my Examiner on the 17th of April 2023, he was so gentle and made me feel so confident during my test. Thank you James . I wish to everyone to have the same experience during their test.

Let's just cancel driving tests and not inform the person taking the test until they turn up for the test....UNBELIEVABLE. And, there was NO correspondence from the test centre informing the pupil of the cancellation, which they admitted. And to top it off, make them pay for another driving test before the driving test centre reimburses them for the cancelled driving test, making the pupil out of pocket until they refund them the money, whenever that will be who knows. Basically, paid for two driving tests and still does not know when their test date is, through no fault of their own. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

It states in your waiting room that staff should not have to be spoke to rudely, yet 1 of your lady driving examiners thinks its OK to speak to young drivers rudely and intimidate them, her attitude absolutely stinks and she is well known for being completely unprofessional. Learners are nervous enough as it is without needing to feel intimidated.

Extremely disappointed with this centre. My partner had a test booked for today and they cancelled early hours of the morning. It is an absolute disgrace that they believe its acceptable. The test is now not till the end of March, 8 weeks away and a date the centre gave my partner, they should have offered a date within THIS month. Why should my partner wait 8 weeks because the centre can not organise themselves properly or give a fair reason other than the examiner is unable. To cancel the day of the test is beyond unfair and a complete inconvenience to someone trying to earn their license. Rude is an understatement. If strikes are their reason, then they better update the DVLA website because February is not listed.
