        BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have recently been to rhodes we arrived to alkyonides hotel which was Disgusting and dirty (covid 19) was a massive issue.no rep to talk too,basically we were left to deal with it ourselves.i immediately booked into a lovely hotel Myself and was eventually told I might get a refund.HOLIDAY GEMS you sell a holiday but don't even check accommodation?.and as for customer service believe me I would be out of business immediately.SHOCKING.

        Horrible company, who have been verbally abusive and dishonest. The prices on the website are not live, they will quote you hundreds of pounds more at the last minute! Ruined our holiday and were still awaiting a refund! Their email responses are extremely rude and full of excuses.
