This home deserves a 0 Reason: They are unatentive, uncaring, unbothered and basically just there to do the bare minimum. As a relative who visited my mother it was heartbreaking to watch the lack of care. They honestly don't pay attention to the patients needs or even health care. You basically have to visit your loved one twice a day , also if you can bring them food in yourself as they dont have much knowledge on diet or even go out their way to feed them, it's horrible. There were many times patients were calling out for help and the staff were in the livingroom rreading a magazine or just chatting. They even close the door on the patients to drawn-out the noise. This is the honest truth. . Activities: are only held on a Friday and that is even poor. Basically plealse look else way lf you want your loved one to be taken care of properly and also have the chance to live for more than 6 months. All they want is the money.

I have had three of my worst days visiting my dad in Albany Nursing Home. Before that he had been in Homerton Hospital for seven weeks after two heart attacks and an ambulance taking over four hours to come to try and save his life. The National Health Service is overwhelmed and it has been since the Coronavirus first hit Britain. A lack of PPE a lack of Doctors a lack of nurses a lack of paramedics. People are almost dead when they reach Albany Nursing Home. The clinical Commissioning Group take too long to make the decisions the Government made fatal decisions the NHS made fatal decisions. Nursing Homes are Pointless if the patients are sent there when they are half dead. It is ridiculous they can't eat they can't drink they can't swallow they can't talk so what is the point? It is a place people go to to die. The staff are out of their depth they cannot cope with half dead people who need their bottom cleaning. It has been an utter nightmare.
