I was recommended Linus by a friend after bad experiences with pushy estate agents. In stark contrast to my previous experiences, Linus is friendly, genuine, efficient and professional. I felt very confident to have Linus sell my flat and was impressed by the wonderful photos that were taken and that he secured viewings and a buyer within days. He certainly knows his stuff. Throughout the stressful process of selling, Linus has been on hand to calmly answer all queries and negotiate through any bumps in the road as well as let in various surveyors when I was away. Would definitely recommend to others.

I used Linus to sell my flat last year and highly recommend. He was communicative, quick and helpful; arranging pictures of the flat and ensuring I was happy before the flat was listed. He was on hand during the sale and ensured the process went smoothly. I was really impressed and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Linus is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise shark-ish london property market. Hes personable, always answers the phone, straight talking, compassionate and trustworthy. Well look forward to using him again next time we sell.
