Do not use this company, we are 3 days after the collection date and, despite multiple calls on a daily basis, the skip remains on my site. I was told each day that we would be first for collection definitely with you between 7-8am. By lunch time, each day, I called them back and Im told we have a bit of a back log but the driver is definitely coming. When that fails to transpire, I call back to be told they will get to you but theres a slim chance it may be tomorrow . Same storey every day. I asked to speak to a manager. They are always unavailable and dont return my call. After 3 days of failing to collect I got hold of a manager who then said Im too buddy to deal with this right now We booked from the skip to arrive on a Friday. It failed to arrive until late Saturday. It was booked to be collected on Tuesday (and we were assured, on booking, that it would definitely be collected on time). Tomorrow will be the following Friday (4th day since collection was due). Ive had to delay traders who cant get past the skip, at considerable cost, and the response I get is I dont have time to deal with this. Simply the worst service out there and avoid this company at all costs Service: Junk removal
