The staff very rude and unpleasant I have booked appointment few time and they have given me date and time when I arrived at dental practice the stuff were lying about there isnt no appointment wasnt booked

Made my first visit today for a root canal treatment, excellent service. The dentist was extremely polite, took time to explaining everything, and made me comfortable. The assistant constantly checked to see if I was ok! Bonus, pay by phone parking just outside. I Highly recomend.

An absolute waste of money and time. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal treatment. The dentist who examine my teeth was quite good explain everything.however he said he ll talk to my dentist and provide all details. It's over a month he never talk to my dentist. I called the practice 3 times in last two weeks. Every time I called them the receptionist said she will email me and my dentist but never received any email neither me nor my dentist. In a strong note the receptionist in this practice are really really rude.

Just had my check up and, once again, the service from the reception staff to the dentist was friendly, polite and professional. Less than a week to wait for a check up too! The negative reviews on here are questionable at best. Judging by the reviews others have left, they appear to be serial complainers with very little context. Friendliness is a two way street Ignore the bad reviews - if youre lucky to get in as an NHS patient, you should have absolutely no problems!
