        Staff are too busy talking to each other, there's not enough customer focus. Not a very warm welcome either.

        I prefer my own coffee, but came with friends and it's not too bad. Probably try and sit all the way by the back if you want a slightly less noisy environment. It can be rather difficult to hear other people unless they're sitting right next to you. Typical kinda neutral Costa atmosphere

        Called up and asked if they have WiFi for customers, the lady said Im not sure sometimes it doesnt work, so I said well can you check before I come down and she responded no Im busy laughable customer service
