Do not take donations there, without checking first, I took alot of high quality stuff including stuff that maybe useful to pet owners on a budget, such as a high quality pet carrier, and a double adjustable raised bowl stand with 4 bowls virtually unused, carrying it and on the bus only to be greeted with "no donations after 12.30." If they need to do this, they need to put it online with the opening hours. Not just tell people who have gone out of their way to try to helpout animals to go away. Eventually after I explained my dog died and it was upsetting and difficult to bring the stuff there in the first place the lady said ok put it on the floor at the back, but by that stage I just felt the donatIon was an unwanted inconvenience so I left.

An OK shop. The man seemed to be watching me a lot in the shop, and seemed a bit nervous, like he's not used to customers. When he wasn't watching, the woman and man seemed more interested in having a chat behind the till than anything else. I wouldn't say the clothes were particularly low price, but there is quite a lot on the rails, and the books and DVDs didn't have a great offer either compared to other charity shops.

Great shop. Made a donation yesterday and the gentleman volunteer who was on duty couldn't be more helpful.
