I brought cake today BIG mistake!!!!Do not buy from here they messed up on my daughters 18th birthday cake spelt the name wrong even though I text them the name I called them and they had the nerve to tell me I should have checked it before I had left the guy opened it to show me for like a split second also I ask for extra jam and the cake had no jam in it what so ever waste of money Ruined my daughter special day never will I come again here

Amazing cakes! Not only do they carefully take your order to get it to perfection, but the customer service is amazing! They always have a smile on their faces and explain everything nicely. 10/10 would recommend much better than others.

I ordered a cake for my babys 1st birthday. The picture they showed when I ordered isnt the same cake when they delivered. They amended the cake colour & design by themselves. The lady who took my order she was writing on the receipt what she want to write. I told her to change it what she wrote & write the note on the receipt that leave the cake as it is like the picture. But she told me she will email the picture of the cake to the chef so dont worry the cake will be the same as like the picture. When I raised Im not satisfied despite of being sorry they are shouting on me & telling me not to go there shop!!! When I told them I have recommended your cake one of my friends as well as taste wise is good but they are continually shouting & keep hanging up my phone calls. Unbelievable disgusting , horrible behaviour I have ever had in my entire life. They dont respect customer dont value their emotions dont bother anything. And telling me Im doing it for money where as they dont even refund anything. Also threatened me do you want to go to head office just go we have the proof of the receipt so do whatever you want. They changed the cake & telling me this is a small issue & as a customer you cant complain!!! They actually dont know how to behave with people... Dont recommend at all!!!!! They dont respect customer at all.
