Hesket Caravan Park

Enjoyed a day at the park to view several lodges. Park was excellent and in a great location. Angela and Phil who showed me around were both brilliant. Answered all my questions, polite, helpful and a credit to both the owners and the park. Great people Thank you

I didn't actually stay at the Caravan Park but one of the staff, a young man called Simon, very kindly helped me to get home when I had been stranded a couple of miles from the bus stop I had requested (not even knowing where I was) late in the evening in the dark on the A6 by a very, very unhelpful bus driver (working for the Stagecoach Company) being a 75 year old and having to use a rollater to get around due to my disabilities I was extremely grateful to Simon, for rescueing me. So, although I'm in no position to recommend the caravans (though they look very nice, neat and tidy from the outside) I am very pleased to recommend the lovely staff that I met there which may indicate that it would be a very nice place to stay..
