        Lovely place an old period house lots of charm. Rooms are large lots of room and very clean. Breakfast is cooked for you, so it's fresh and hot. The owner couldn't be more helpful. It's about a mile from the high street, the drive as lots of pot holes and very dark, but the house is in lovely grounds.

        Beautiful period house owned by one of the nicest and most welcoming families I've had the pleasure to meet. A truly wonderful experience in a lovely setting. Perry is a great host and cannot do enough for you throughout the entire stay. Delightfully classy and elegant place. The breakfast was perfect too. All locally sourced and fresh. And a stone's throw from the picturesque and quaint town, Hadleigh. A perfect b & b in a nice part of the world. Great value for money and would highly recommend it.
