        I was told trimming my cocker Spaniel would take one and a half hours and the price would be 40 which I though was good. Lovely lady with professional facilities but she text me after only 35 minutes to say she was ready and on closer inspection when I got her home she was still matted under her legs and apart from a quick trim off her ears and her paws, she did not look any different. When I arrived to pick her up she was half way through another dog so obviously mine was a rush job and a very shoddy one at that. Would not go back again. I feel like I have been ripped off because the first thing I did when I got home was book her in with another groomer.
