Kelly and Georgina were excellent from start to finish and I can't thank them enough for their help and guidance through what was a new process to me. They always answered any queries I had quickly and in ways I could understand. Id highly recommend them.

We have just used Fodens for the purchase of our new home near the River Seven. They were exceptional, very professional, yet with a very personal feel. Highly recommended.

We have reported Stephen Foden, Fodens Solicitors to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for making inappropriate, disproportionate & unwarranted legal threats involving breaches of Council T&Cs, data confidentiality GDPR & copyright. Like some in our police force this rude & arrogant solicitor seems to think that rules do not apply to him. We have recorded our complaint with the SRA and Telford Council so unlike Kirby's recent review Fodens can find our details. The young lady who was on the receiving end of Fodens aggressiveness on Friday felt intimidated, bullied, shocked, and emotionally distressed by it, but is now very angry after finding out that Fodens had absolutely no justification whatsoever for making it. Furthermore, this wayward solicitor ignored my call on the following Monday giving us no option in the end but to escalate the matter with a serious complaint to his regulatory authority. In our opinion this lawyers unprofessional behaviour has brought his firm and the legal profession into disrepute. No wonder the public dont trust lawyers!
