        I have been using these for many years never missed or cancelled an appointment for my daughters or myself. Except when my husband was critically Ill in hospital, as thinking about pampering yourself is the last thing on your mind I called the day before to cancel explained why I could not attend , they did not care and still charged me late cancellation charges. So much for regular customers and no compassion whatsoever. I know they have policies but come on ladies you have to use this to your descreation depending on circumstances. Based on this I will NOT be going back as obviously regular customers means nothing to them.
