Chris was simply amazing from start to finish!! A true professional, he knows his product (wood) really well, he was informative, he was eco friendly, he was thoughtful, he was a true craftsman and he would tidy up after himself at the end of each day! His communication re quotes and invoicing was efficient and timely, receipts were provided . We totally love our decking and absolutely made the right decision to go Wood over composite. Well worth the outlay! We definitely recommend Chris to transform your out door space. Our garden is a new adventure now! From the start of the project to the completion of work, Chris was extremely professional in everything he did. Quote was provided quickly with sufficient detail to allow an understanding of the delivery. Discussion and slight amendment to original plan enable an even better solution that envisaged, tapping into his experience. All timings were adhered to with issue, updates provided whenever needed. Receipts for payments and invoice production were quick, reaffirming the professional approach to the project. Overall, I am impressed with the service and end product and would recommend to others. Chris was great to deal with right from the very first contact made right through to the very end. After an initial conversation Chris agreed to come and see us to discuss our requirements. Whilst there he offered numerous options for us to consider before we settled on our preferred design. A quote was supplied and we agreed to go ahead.
