        My husband paid for me to have a private class for the day with Sarah learning about Macarons. What an amazing day! Sarah is so friendly and is very knowledgable and I walked away very happy. I have also been on a couple of group courses which are great fun and learnt a lot. I would highly recommend. Thank you Sarah

She has a wonderful teaching style and makes everyone, from novice to professional baker feel at ease in her class, and everyone leaves with skills improved, or gained and having experienced a professionally crafted personal day.
