Little Seed Field

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Little Seed Field. The setting is beautiful, it felt wild and remote, although is actually just a short distance from Ripon which had lovely shops and sights. Sitting outside the cabin, taking in the amazing views, listening to the birds and enjoying a fire was such a treat. The cabin was so cosy and beautifully designed and the site had all the amenities we needed. I can see the love and care that has gone into the place and would 100% recommend.

What can we say. My husband and I had the best experience here. The cabin was beautiful and cosy. All facilities were at hand. It was very clean and tidy. The views are magnificent along with the peace and quiet. Just perfect for our weekend away. The communication before and after was very clear and easy to follow. Would we stay here again......Absolutely.

Within the Dallowghill valley, overlooking the moorland of a purple heathery haze, we welcomed Falkland Islanders and Yorkshire folk to join us in celebration on our wedding day at Little Seed Field. Having grown up, in and around this area of North Yorkshire, and both of us having a strong connection to that moor it only felt natural to get married at Little Seed Field. Dan and I didnt look anywhere else ~ we knew this was the perfect spot to share our magical day with close family and friends. We felt it right in our hearts. You know that squeeze. 7 glamping huts, plenty of natural outdoor space, wild flora and forma, two ponds and a large area for a quirky stretch tent in a stunning location ~ we couldnt have had it better! Joanne and Saun run their small scale diary farm alongside their beautiful glamping site Little Seed Field all while bringing up a small family. They went above and beyond for our wedding and we cant thank them enough for all their hard work. They helped make our magical day a reality and were always there on hand if needed. From meeting the registrars to bringing hay bails down to the ponds for the ceremony. They were there. If your outdoorsy, love being immersed in nature and have an eye for beautiful aesthetic this is the place for you, whether its a romantic weekend for two or a wedding for 80! Book it ~ youll make memories to cherish forever!

Me and my wife hired the full location for 2 nights for our wedding in May. Joanne was great! She gave us a tour and asked what we had in mind for our big day. Gave us contact information for a caterer, celebrant and yurt hire. Booking with Joanne was easy. On the day before the wedding she was very helpful, getting all the chairs and fire pits. We would of been happy to carry these down to the ponds ourselves, but Joanne used a buggy to bring them for us. On the wedding she helped with logs for the fire pits as well as log burners in the cabins. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when calling her for logs at gone 9pm, she was happy to help. On top of the service, the venue it's self is beautiful. It gave an amazing setting to an amazing day and has made our photos look like something out of a fairy-tale. We was even able to bring our dog to be the ring-barer as well as family bring their dogs to be a part of the day. Joanne is very committed to making the site better. She had added a second pond as well as a trail to them that wasn't there on our first visit. We are going to go back for our 1st anniversary. Thank You Joanne!
