Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Called days ahead to make sure theyd be open for my visit and when I arrived they were closed. Drove really far to get here. So disappointing when businesses arent open when they say theyll be.

This was a "experience tour" booked, it was a gift. Plenty of parking, disabled spaces included. My tour lasted for nearly couple of hours. A lovely glass of gin and tonic first. Informative of past history about the site and Bombay and their products. Staff are polite and smartly dressed. A gin/cocktail bar, cafe, gin shop for gifts. Plenty of toilets. The glasshouse was beautiful and on the river Test. All very tranquil. Disabled purposes: You need to make further enquires if you have disability needs as we had a few steps here and there. Not sure how they would accommodate. But the experience is thorough throughout. Very enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

I'd have loved more detail in the tour as it was a bit superficial but it was a great way to spend an hour or so and the site was lovely.
