        I cannot thank Alex enough for analysing my running technique so thoroughly and working out how I could improve my technique to get me running again without pain. He really does know what he's talking about and has a wealth of knowledge! Thanks to Alex, I'm hoping to be able to run my first marathon in a few months after having to defer last year due to injury.

        I had a car accident a couple of weeks ago i went to see Alex , he was lovely he listened to me detailing all my aches and pains .He gave me some treatment and gave me some excercises to do at home .I have a follow up appointment soon ......oh he even cured my sensation in my big toe and ache in arch of foot ..... AMAZING !!
