    Alan is the best Personal Trainer I know and arguably the best in Salisbury. I am a Personal Trainer at the same gym as Alan. In the year Ive been doing PT here Alan will often give me helpful advice and useful tips that I put into practice with my own business. I see Alan more as a role model than a competitor. With his wide range of knowledge and years of experience in the industry constantly grinding out great results, Alan genuinely inspires me to become a better PT. Its a pleasure sharing the gym floor with Alan, both doing our best to give each and every client 100%.

    Alan has been my personal trainer for almost 6 years now. During this time he has helped me to feel good in my body for big events such as my 30th birthday and wedding, but more importantly his coaching has motivated me to exercise consistently for the first time in my life. Ive lost body fat and built muscle, and my mental health and physical fitness have never been better. Recently he has adapted exercises and supported me in training throughout my first pregnancy. I hope to return after having my baby in the knowledge that Alan will help me to set new goals and challenge me further. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    After years of fluctuating weight and not achieving my fitness goals, Alans guidance has enabled me to finally get my food intake and weight under control. I had been using nuggets of information and poor advice picked up over the years, which had got me nowhere but Alan was able to bust those dieting myths, and give qualified advice on nutrition. I was given clear and evolving workout plans which allowed me to gain strength, build muscle and burn fat. Alans guidance and accountability kept me mentally on track, challenging my negative emotive thoughts with sound logic. Through all of this I have to date become 6kg lighter yet gained muscle to become stronger than ever, by being able to do press-ups and chin-ups for the first time. Im very happy with what we have been able to achieve but also, its been great fun! I couldnt recommend Alan enough. A great coach and a great guy.

I honestly couldn't have done it without his expertise, providing detailed yet manageable training plans and nutrition goals as well as motivational and encouraging messages when I was having an 'arrrgh' moment! I can honestly say that thanks to Alan I am more motivated than ever to continue my fitness journey and I'm looking forward to starting the next phase with him!
