Thoroughly pleased with the customer service: The owner received my call straight away and the same day looked at my PC and discovered what the issue was. The cost of service (being very low) does not reflect the ability of the technicians, above and beyond what was asked. Thanks again!

        Guardian Angel absolutely! While travelling my desktop PC broke down on me and Robert was able to diagnose and solve the problem within a day (overnight)! Not only did Rob solve the problem in a speedy and cost effective manner, he also provided me with additional recommendations in maintaining my computer in the long term; free of any charge. I was especially grateful that all charges for parts and labour were clearly laid out for me beforehand: absolutely no hidden fees! His level of service, customer support and knowledge are of the highest caliber. If I'm ever in the area again this would be the only place I would go to to get my PC repaired.
