Hua is absolutely brilliant. I went with sciatica and she immediately told me it was a pulled hamstring. The exercises she gave me have really worked in addition to the acupuncture. I would highly recommend Hua. She is kind, patient, and explains fully. I cannot believe the difference she has made to my body.

Hua is a unique and amazing therapist. I had / have muscular issues spanning back to Jan 2016 when I developed sudden pain in my left shoulder. This pain escalated over the years and along with my job becoming more physical, I developed further complicated problems. Before seeing Hua, I had sessions with 2 physiotherapists, an osteopath and a sports masseuse over a 6 year period, with none of them actually discovering the root cause of my problems. Hua did this in my first session. Ive been seeing Hua for 4 months now, and I can honestly say that I could see light at the end of the tunnel after my first session. I actually feel like Im getting better. Itll be a long journey to correct the habits I developed over the last 6 years, to compensate for the pain I was in (which was causing more pain elsewhere). But with Huas help I really think I am going to fully recover and have already seen massive improvements in my ability to move without pain. The acupuncture has been immensely beneficial too. Thank you Hua.

I had a tight hip replacement in march 2020. It was completely successful but unfortunately I came out of hospital just as the first COVID lockdown happened. As a result I didn't have the usual post op physio. It was relayed to me via telephone consultation. It was purely the circumstances at the time, the surgery was very successful. I was having some mobility problems and because of the COVID situation and it was much worse in my home area I came to stay with my daughter who lives in lavenham. Hua had been recommended by one of my daughter's friends and I went to see her. What a relief. She is so kind and knowledgeable and she took me thru some exercises which have helped enormously. I am now 83 and the exercises keep me mobile. I would recommend Hua to anyone who has problems.

After only two sessions results are astonishing. Long term neck pain completely dissipated. Hua is thorough and caring, tailoring the advice and exercise program to your needs and capability. Highly recommend.
