My on-line buying experience was NOT good. Just a couple of cards bought, but when they weren't delivered I sent a nice email to ask if everything was ok. I received no reply, just an unexpected refund. All I can say is common courtesy costs nothing, and takes seconds, so like another reviewer, my feeling about this shop is NEVER again; Avoid.

I wanted postcards and this shop had a good selection. Inside the shop its like a little treasure chest lots of things to look at. I even bought a fantastic magnet of the crooked house. Well worth a visit. Polite staff too

I felt as though the way I was spoken to by the owner of this shop should not go unheard. Long story short I pre ordered a limited edition Charlie Bear back on February 3rd. November 20th I was assured I still had the pre order. A few days ago I found by chance on their ebay shop they had sold my pre ordered bear for over rrp instead of contacting me. I was very annoyed by the owners attitude which seemed very blase and he didn't apologise once. I admit I posted about my experience of losing my pre-order on a facebook group, but I DID NOT NAME THIS BUSINESS IN MY POST, people must have guessed who I was talking about. I then received nasty messages from the owner telling me "I see you've been moaning about me on the groups, well I found you a bear that you won't be getting it now and any bear from me in the future, I will also be letting other stockists I work with to be mindful of you" This is a disgusting and petty way to speak to a 'customer', he hadn't located a replacement bear and just wanted to be as nasty as possible in letting me know I wouldn't be getting it. I also had to block him on facebook to stop him writing anymore messages. I was annoyed and frustrated they made a bad mistake and at his attitude of not saying sorry once. Absolute shocking behaviour.
