I was told no straight away in a very stern voice she wouldnt take payment over the phone or directly into her account. She said I dont do this or allow people to do this. I mentioned I get someone to collect but she was adamant it was a no. I cant believe she would let 100 sale this current climate go just like that.
Maybe you need to get into the 21st- Century and have an Internet shop or allow payment so people can collect.
Unfortunately this has put me off ever entering your shop again and I wouldnt waste my time or money in supporting a small business in such tough climate. Your loss!
