        I have just purchased 2 bags from this wonderful company, the personal service from Lucy and Gillian was so kind and helpful. This is my 3rd purchase from this company and am so pleased with each bag, quality and finish more than competes with some of my way more expensive Designer bags. The packaging was just so exquisite, I cannot contemplate chucking the beautiful box delivered in. Delivery was so rapid , delivery to Ireland day after posting .. not something I am familiar with. Certainly worthy of 5 stars and maybe an outing to the Coronation . Many thanks Tustings.

        Buy once, cry once. After 9 years of use I'm looking into sending mine in for refurbishment. Seems to be about how long the Clipper lasts before the brass-on-brass hardware wears thin. By the way, I get a lot of compliments on how the bag looks, and I'm in I.T., a profession whose motto is "I'd thank you, but system administration is a thankless job." Update: Sent in for refurbishment. A+ job on the work. Thanks!
