Diamond completed a significant Loft conversion and rest of house renovation including three bathrooms, basement fit out and new sash windows. Our project manager was excellent; professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The team on the job were very hardworking and friendly and worked very hard to achieve a high quality finish. The owner of Diamond oversaw the project closely and worked brilliantly with us to solve the challenges or changes that invariably came up during the project. The team in the office were responsive and made sure the communications on the project ran very smoothly.

I have seen some of the bad reviews but I can only say that our experience was only positive. Diamond construction did an excellent job replacing our very large roof. The quality was top notch, the cost was very competitive and it was also done quickly and to the deadlines we specified. After completion we noticed that a decorative tile was broken and this was replaced promptly. In addition Charlie's workmen were all very polite, friendly and professional which was a bonus.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to get job done ! I had few minor projects recently completed within time schedule. Work is spot on ! I was very happy with service that builders had provide on site and that they followed Health and Safety guidelines. Very professional !

The owners of this company had just moved in near where I live, after seeing the excellent job theyhad done on their own house we conatcted them in hope of them doing something similar with our property. Be in mind we live on the same street Upon contacting them thye were very rude and prejudice towards us by asking us if we could afford to even do what were were asking for, this straight away threw me off balance but carried on trying to communicate with him over what we wanted done. Within 4 min sof the conversation, without even offering to see th eproperty or at least do an in depth valution offer us a quote that was a least double what other contracters had offered. Reading the reviews here, I dont see this comapny as appelable and their lack of communication and disregrad to potintail customers seems uninviting and unpleasent.

They can build almost anything. If they built it you will have to come.
